Company was founded on the premise that you, the consumer, deserve the very best and
freshest coffee possible. That is why we roast coffee only after it has been ordered,
never in advance. Within hours after roasting, we pack and ship directly to you so
that you can enjoy fresh coffee as soon as possible after roasting.
Our Roastmaster has 35 years of
experience in buying, blending and roasting coffee and that is why our selections
(single varietal or blends) are purchased from the finest coffee growing regions and
estates in the world. We then take those beans and roast them to their optimal roasting
condition to bring out the best taste qualities for the final beverage. Many of our
blends are post-blended products (roasted as a varietal, then blended with other roasted
coffees to create a particular product profile). A few of our products (blends) are all
roasted together, either because they are very similar types and can be roasted together,
or because we know that certain coffees blended before roasting and then roasted to one
common roast condition will produce the particular product profile that we are
looking for. |
